Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, clearance items, and personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
- Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Support at returns@xmasdecorhub.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
- Pack the items securely and use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in cases of items that are returned damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@xmasdecorhub.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or arrange a refund for eligible items.
Late or Missing Refunds
